Tom C. Palangio is an explosive application specialist and former explosives consultant (Topex Inc.). He is also the co-founder, President and owner of WipWare Inc.
Tom’s career spans more than 50 years in the explosives industry starting with DuPont Canada Explosives Products Division in 1974, joining Explosives Technologies International in 1988, and forming Topex and WipWare in 1995. He has worked with various organizations and research groups throughout the world and has extensive experience in explosives manufacturing, application and performance testing.
