No entanto, se o seu objetivo \u00e9 substituir a peneira manual, a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria. O procedimento de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o descrito abaixo foi retirado do Documento de Calibra\u00e7\u00e3o que est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para usu\u00e1rios do sistema de fotoan\u00e1lise ap\u00f3s o login na \u00c1rea de Download do Cliente da se\u00e7\u00e3o Downloads do site WipWare.<\/p>\n<p>A calibra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a etapa final para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema e n\u00e3o pode ocorrer at\u00e9 que todos os ajustes de hardware e software tenham sido caracterizados. Se alguma dessas vari\u00e1veis mudar, o sistema exigir\u00e1 uma recalibra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 1:<\/b>\u00a0Stop Belt (realizar uma parada de emerg\u00eancia)<\/p>\n<p>Depois que um sistema foi caracterizado e o processo est\u00e1 em execu\u00e7\u00e3o, normalmente a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o pode come\u00e7ar. Observe que a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 eficaz se o material n\u00e3o for afetado por vari\u00e1veis externas n\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o normal (ou seja, correias mais lentas, desligamento parcial do processo, etc ...).<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 2:<\/b>\u00a0Material de imagem<\/p>\n<p>No Delta, tire uma imagem do material. Salve a imagem como &#039;Calibration 1.bmp&#039; e feche-a. Coloque uma refer\u00eancia de escala (r\u00e9gua, cart\u00e3o, papel ... de dimens\u00f5es conhecidas) em cima do material na \u00e1rea vis\u00edvel. No Delta, tire outra imagem e salve-a como &#039;Escala 1.bmp&#039; antes de fech\u00e1-la.<\/p>\n<p><b>ETAPA 3:<\/b>\u00a0Pegue o material para peneirar<\/p>\n<p>No Delta, abra a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da imagem ao vivo. Encontre e marque o limite superior e inferior do material vis\u00edvel na correia. Retire toda a amostra para peneirar. N\u00e3o use coning, quartering ou riffling. Toda a amostra deve ser peneirada.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 4:<\/b>\u00a0Reinicie a correia e a peneira<\/p>\n<p>Todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram coletadas e seu processo pode ser reiniciado. Peneire o material antes de prosseguir para a pr\u00f3xima etapa.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 5:<\/b>\u00a0Definir Fator de Escala<\/p>\n<p>Em Delta, abra &#039;Scale 1.bmp&#039; e defina a escala usando a refer\u00eancia de escala de comprimento conhecido. Como a imagem foi aberta a partir de um arquivo, certifique-se de que &#039;Origem&#039; esteja definido como &#039;Arquivo de imagem&#039;. Feche &#039;Scale 1.bmp&#039;.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 6:<\/b>\u00a0Definir EDPs<\/p>\n<p>Abra &#039;Calibration 1.bmp&#039;. Abra o menu Op\u00e7\u00f5es para acessar a guia &#039;Par\u00e2metros de detec\u00e7\u00e3o de borda&#039; e observe qual predefini\u00e7\u00e3o de EDP est\u00e1 selecionada para a c\u00e2mera que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 calibrando (ou seja, C\u00e2mera 1). Altere a &#039;Fonte&#039; para &#039;Arquivo de imagem&#039; e selecione a mesma predefini\u00e7\u00e3o EDP da etapa anterior.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 7:<\/b>\u00a0Definir classes de tamanho<\/p>\n<p>Selecione a guia &#039;Sa\u00edda&#039; e observe qual predefini\u00e7\u00e3o de classe de tamanho est\u00e1 selecionada para a c\u00e2mera que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 calibrando. Altere a &#039;Fonte&#039; para &#039;Arquivo de imagem&#039; e selecione a mesma predefini\u00e7\u00e3o de classe de tamanho da etapa anterior. Certifique-se de que n\u00e3o haja nenhuma predefini\u00e7\u00e3o de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o selecionada. Clique em Aplicar e em OK para salvar suas altera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 8:<\/b>\u00a0Obtenha valores Delta<\/p>\n<p>Clique no bot\u00e3o &#039;Gerar rede&#039;. Clique no bot\u00e3o &#039;Sieve&#039;. Observe os seguintes valores: n, Xc, b, Xmax, X50. Salve o gr\u00e1fico como &#039;Delta 1.bmp&#039;.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-450 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/wipware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Photoanalysis-System-Calibration-content-300x163.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 9:<\/b>\u00a0Insira os dados na folha de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o (veja a imagem \u00e0 direita)<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-7\">\n<p>Insira apenas os dados nos quadrados azuis:<br \/>\n1. Em &#039;TAMANHO&#039;, insira suas classes de tamanho (o maior no topo).<br \/>\n2. Em &#039;PESO&#039;, insira o peso em cada peneira \/ bandeja.<br \/>\n3. A pr\u00f3xima coluna, &#039;PESO % RETIDO&#039;, ser\u00e1 preenchida automaticamente e, se feito corretamente, o total na parte inferior deve ser 100%.<br \/>\n4. Insira os valores &#039;Xmax&#039;, &#039;X50&#039;, &#039;b&#039;, &#039;n&#039; e &#039;Xc&#039; que voc\u00ea registrou anteriormente do Delta na caixa azul apropriada.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 10:<\/b>\u00a0Calcule os fatores de ajuste (veja a imagem \u00e0 direita)<\/p>\n<p>Com as macros habilitadas, pressione os bot\u00f5es &#039;CALIBRAR Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Swebrec&#039; e &#039;CALIBRAR Rosin Rammler&#039;. O c\u00e1lculo da Swebrec \u00e9 muito r\u00e1pido. A fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Rosin Rammler pode demorar muito mais. Assim que ambas as fun\u00e7\u00f5es forem conclu\u00eddas, anote o &#039;M\u00e9todo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o recomendado&#039;. Se for &#039;SF&#039;, use os fatores de ajuste da Swebrec. Se ler &#039;RR&#039;, use os fatores de ajuste de Rosin Rammler.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 11:<\/b>\u00a0Insira os Fatores de Ajuste no Delta<\/p>\n<p>No Delta, v\u00e1 para o menu Op\u00e7\u00f5es e selecione a guia &#039;Sa\u00edda&#039;. Na lista suspensa de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o, selecione uma &#039;Predefini\u00e7\u00e3o de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o&#039;. Voc\u00ea pode renomear este preset se desejar. Selecione &#039;R-R&#039; ou &#039;Swebrec&#039; com base no que a folha de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o recomendou. Insira os fatores de ajuste registrados na folha de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o.
