Tuttavia, se il tuo obiettivo \u00e8 sostituire la setacciatura manuale, \u00e8 necessaria la calibrazione. La procedura di calibrazione descritta di seguito \u00e8 tratta dal Documento di calibrazione che \u00e8 disponibile per gli utenti del sistema di fotoanalisi dopo aver effettuato l&#039;accesso all&#039;Area download clienti della sezione Download del sito Web WipWare.<\/p>\n<p>La calibrazione \u00e8 il passaggio finale per l&#039;installazione del sistema e non pu\u00f2 avvenire finch\u00e9 non sono state caratterizzate tutte le regolazioni hardware e software. Se una di queste variabili cambia, il sistema richieder\u00e0 una ricalibrazione.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 1:<\/b>\u00a0Stop Belt (esegui un arresto di emergenza)<\/p>\n<p>Una volta che un sistema \u00e8 stato caratterizzato e il processo \u00e8 in esecuzione normalmente, la calibrazione pu\u00f2 iniziare. Si noti che la calibrazione \u00e8 efficace solo se il materiale non \u00e8 influenzato da variabili esterne non correlate alla normale produzione (ad es. nastri pi\u00f9 lenti, arresto parziale del processo, ecc...).<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 2:<\/b>\u00a0Materiale immagine<\/p>\n<p>In Delta, scatta un&#039;immagine del materiale. Salva l&#039;immagine come &quot;Calibrazione 1.bmp&quot; e chiudila. Posizionare un riferimento di scala (righello, cartoncino, carta \u2026 di dimensioni note) sopra il materiale nell&#039;area visibile. In Delta, scatta un&#039;altra immagine e salvala come &#039;Scale 1.bmp&#039; prima di chiuderla.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 3:<\/b>\u00a0Prendi materiale per setacciare<\/p>\n<p>In Delta, apri la visualizzazione dell&#039;immagine dal vivo. Trova e segna il limite superiore e inferiore del materiale visibile sul nastro. Rimuovere l&#039;intero campione per setacciare. Non utilizzare coni, quarti o riffling. L&#039;intero campione deve essere setacciato.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 4:<\/b>\u00a0Riavvia il nastro e il setaccio<\/p>\n<p>Tutte le informazioni sono state raccolte e il processo pu\u00f2 essere riavviato. Setacciare il materiale prima di procedere al passaggio successivo.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 5:<\/b>\u00a0Imposta fattore di scala<\/p>\n<p>In Delta, apri &#039;Scale 1.bmp&#039; e imposta la scala utilizzando il riferimento di scala di lunghezza nota. Poich\u00e9 l&#039;immagine \u00e8 stata aperta da un file, assicurati che &quot;Sorgente&quot; sia impostato su &quot;File immagine&quot;. Chiudi &quot;Scala 1.bmp&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 6:<\/b>\u00a0Imposta EDP<\/p>\n<p>Apri &#039;Calibrazione 1.bmp&#039;. Aprire il menu Opzioni per accedere alla scheda &quot;Parametri rilevamento bordi&quot; e prendere nota di quale preimpostazione EDP \u00e8 selezionata per la telecamera che si sta calibrando (ad es. Telecamera 1). Cambia la &quot;Sorgente&quot; in &quot;File immagine&quot; e seleziona lo stesso preset EDP dal passaggio precedente.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 7:<\/b>\u00a0Imposta classi di taglia<\/p>\n<p>Seleziona la scheda &quot;Output&quot; e prendi nota di quale preimpostazione della classe di dimensioni \u00e8 selezionata per la fotocamera che stai calibrando. Cambia la &quot;Sorgente&quot; in &quot;File immagine&quot; e seleziona la stessa preimpostazione della classe di dimensioni del passaggio precedente. Assicurati che non sia selezionato alcun preset di calibrazione. Premi Applica e OK per salvare le modifiche.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASSO 8:<\/b>\u00a0Ottieni valori Delta<\/p>\n<p>Premi il pulsante &quot;Genera rete&quot;. Premi il pulsante &quot;Setaccio&quot;. Prendere nota dei seguenti valori: n, Xc, b, Xmax, X50. Salva il grafico come &quot;Delta 1.bmp&quot;.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-450 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/wipware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Photoanalysis-System-Calibration-content-300x163.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 9:<\/b>\u00a0Inserisci i dati nel foglio di calibrazione (vedi immagine a destra)<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-7\">\n<p>Inserisci solo i dati nei quadratini blu:<br \/>\n1. In &quot;TAGLIA&quot;, inserisci le tue classi di taglia (la pi\u00f9 grande in alto).<br \/>\n2. In &#039;PESO&#039;, inserire il peso su ciascun setaccio\/piatto.<br \/>\n3. La colonna successiva, &#039;WEIGHT % RETAINED&#039;, verr\u00e0 completata automaticamente e, se eseguita correttamente, il totale in basso dovrebbe essere 100%.<br \/>\n4. Immettere i valori &#039;Xmax&#039;, &#039;X50&#039;, &#039;b&#039;, &#039;n&#039; e &#039;Xc&#039; registrati in precedenza da Delta nella casella blu appropriata.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 10:<\/b>\u00a0Calcola fattori di regolazione (vedi immagine a destra)<\/p>\n<p>Con le macro abilitate, premi entrambi i pulsanti &quot;CALIBRATE Swebrec Function&quot; e &quot;CALIBRATE Rosin Rammler&quot;. Il calcolo Swebrec \u00e8 molto veloce. La funzione Rosin Rammler potrebbe richiedere molto pi\u00f9 tempo. Una volta completate entrambe le funzioni, prendere nota del &#039;Metodo di distribuzione consigliato&#039;. Se si legge &#039;SF&#039;, utilizzare i fattori di regolazione Swebrec. Se si legge &quot;RR&quot;, utilizzare i fattori di regolazione Rosin Rammler.<\/p>\n<p><b>FASE 11:<\/b>\u00a0Inserisci i fattori di regolazione in Delta<\/p>\n<p>In Delta, vai nel menu Opzioni e seleziona la scheda &quot;Uscita&quot;. Nel menu a discesa della calibrazione selezionare un &#039;Preset di calibrazione&#039;. Puoi rinominare questo preset se lo desideri. Selezionare &quot;R-R&quot; o &quot;Swebrec&quot; in base a quanto consigliato dal foglio di calibrazione. Immettere i fattori di regolazione registrati dal foglio di calibrazione.
