Cependant, si votre objectif est de remplacer le tamisage manuel, un \u00e9talonnage est n\u00e9cessaire. La proc\u00e9dure d&#039;\u00e9talonnage d\u00e9crite ci-dessous est tir\u00e9e du document d&#039;\u00e9talonnage qui est disponible pour les utilisateurs du syst\u00e8me de photoanalyse apr\u00e8s s&#039;\u00eatre connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la zone de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement client de la section T\u00e9l\u00e9chargements du site Web de WipWare.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9talonnage est l&#039;\u00e9tape finale de l&#039;installation du syst\u00e8me et ne peut avoir lieu tant que tous les ajustements mat\u00e9riels et logiciels n&#039;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s. Si l&#039;une de ces variables change, le syst\u00e8me devra \u00eatre recalibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 1:<\/b>\u00a0Stop Belt (effectuer un crash stop)<\/p>\n<p>Une fois qu&#039;un syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 et que le processus s&#039;ex\u00e9cute normalement, l&#039;\u00e9talonnage peut commencer. Notez que l&#039;\u00e9talonnage n&#039;est efficace que si le mat\u00e9riau n&#039;est pas affect\u00e9 par des variables externes non li\u00e9es \u00e0 la production normale (c.-\u00e0-d. courroies plus lentes, arr\u00eat partiel du processus, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 2:<\/b>\u00a0Mat\u00e9riel d&#039;image<\/p>\n<p>Dans Delta, prenez une image du mat\u00e9riau. Enregistrez l&#039;image sous \u00ab\u00a0Calibration 1.bmp\u00a0\u00bb et fermez-la. Placez une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d&#039;\u00e9chelle (r\u00e8gle, carte, papier\u2026 de dimensions connues) sur le mat\u00e9riau dans la zone visible. Dans Delta, prenez une autre image et enregistrez-la sous le nom \u00ab\u00a0Scale 1.bmp\u00a0\u00bb avant de la fermer.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 3:<\/b>\u00a0Prenez du mat\u00e9riel pour le tamisage<\/p>\n<p>Dans Delta, ouvrez la vue d&#039;image en direct. Trouvez et marquez la limite sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure du mat\u00e9riau visible sur la bande. Retirez tout l&#039;\u00e9chantillon pour le tamisage. N&#039;utilisez pas de c\u00f4nes, de quartiers ou de rayures. L&#039;\u00e9chantillon entier doit \u00eatre tamis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 4:<\/b>\u00a0Red\u00e9marrer la courroie et le tamis<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les informations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies et votre processus peut \u00eatre relanc\u00e9. Tamisez le mat\u00e9riau avant de passer \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tape suivante.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 5 :<\/b>\u00a0D\u00e9finir le facteur d&#039;\u00e9chelle<\/p>\n<p>Dans Delta, ouvrez &#039;Scale 1.bmp&#039; et d\u00e9finissez l&#039;\u00e9chelle \u00e0 l&#039;aide de la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d&#039;\u00e9chelle de longueur connue. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l&#039;image a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte \u00e0 partir d&#039;un fichier, assurez-vous que la \u00ab\u00a0Source\u00a0\u00bb est d\u00e9finie sur \u00ab\u00a0Fichier image\u00a0\u00bb. Fermez &#039;Echelle 1.bmp&#039;.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 6\u00a0:<\/b>\u00a0D\u00e9finir les EDP<\/p>\n<p>Ouvrez &#039;Calibration 1.bmp&#039;. Ouvrez le menu Options pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#039;onglet \u00ab\u00a0Param\u00e8tres de d\u00e9tection des contours\u00a0\u00bb et notez quel pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage EDP est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour la cam\u00e9ra que vous calibrez (c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire la cam\u00e9ra 1). Remplacez la \u00ab\u00a0Source\u00a0\u00bb par \u00ab\u00a0Fichier image\u00a0\u00bb et s\u00e9lectionnez le m\u00eame pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage EDP de l&#039;\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 7\u00a0:<\/b>\u00a0D\u00e9finir les classes de taille<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9lectionnez l&#039;onglet \u00ab\u00a0Sortie\u00a0\u00bb et notez quelle classe de taille pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour la cam\u00e9ra que vous \u00e9talonnez. Remplacez la \u00ab\u00a0Source\u00a0\u00bb par \u00ab\u00a0Fichier image\u00a0\u00bb et s\u00e9lectionnez le m\u00eame pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage de classe de taille de l&#039;\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Assurez-vous qu&#039;aucun pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage d&#039;\u00e9talonnage n&#039;est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9. Appuyez sur Appliquer et sur OK pour enregistrer vos modifications.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 8\u00a0:<\/b>\u00a0Obtenir des valeurs delta<\/p>\n<p>Appuyez sur le bouton \u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9n\u00e9rer un r\u00e9seau\u00a0\u00bb. Appuyez sur le bouton &quot; Tamis &quot;. Notez les valeurs suivantes : n, Xc, b, Xmax, X50. Enregistrez le graphique sous le nom \u00ab\u00a0Delta 1.bmp\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-450 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/wipware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Photoanalysis-System-Calibration-content-300x163.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 9\u00a0:<\/b>\u00a0Entrez les donn\u00e9es dans la feuille d&#039;\u00e9talonnage (voir l&#039;image \u00e0 droite)<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-7\">\n<p>Saisissez uniquement les donn\u00e9es dans les carr\u00e9s bleus\u00a0:<br \/>\n1. Sous \u00ab\u00a0TAILLE\u00a0\u00bb, entrez vos classes de taille (la plus grande en haut).<br \/>\n2. Sous \u00ab\u00a0POIDS\u00a0\u00bb, entrez le poids sur chaque tamis\/bac.<br \/>\n3. La colonne suivante, &#039;POIDS % RETENU&#039;, sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e automatiquement et si elle est faite correctement, le total en bas devrait \u00eatre 100%.<br \/>\n4. Entrez les valeurs &#039;Xmax&#039;, &#039;X50&#039;, &#039;b&#039;, &#039;n&#039; et &#039;Xc&#039; que vous avez enregistr\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e0 partir de Delta dans la case bleue appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 10\u00a0:<\/b>\u00a0Calculer les facteurs d&#039;ajustement (voir l&#039;image \u00e0 droite)<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les macros activ\u00e9es, appuyez \u00e0 la fois sur les boutons \u00ab\u00a0CALIBRER la fonction Swebrec\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0CALIBRER Rosin Rammler\u00a0\u00bb. Le calcul Swerec est tr\u00e8s rapide. La fonction Rosin Rammler peut prendre beaucoup plus de temps. Une fois les deux fonctions termin\u00e9es, prenez note de la \u00ab\u00a0M\u00e9thode de distribution recommand\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb. Si cela indique \u00ab\u00a0SF\u00a0\u00bb, utilisez les facteurs d&#039;ajustement Swebrec. Si cela indique \u00ab\u00a0RR\u00a0\u00bb, utilisez les facteurs d&#039;ajustement de Rosin Rammler.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 11\u00a0:<\/b>\u00a0Entrez les facteurs d&#039;ajustement dans Delta<\/p>\n<p>Dans Delta, allez dans le menu Options et s\u00e9lectionnez l&#039;onglet &#039;Sortie&#039;. Dans la liste d\u00e9roulante d&#039;\u00e9talonnage, s\u00e9lectionnez un \u00ab\u00a0Pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage d&#039;\u00e9talonnage\u00a0\u00bb. Vous pouvez renommer ce pr\u00e9r\u00e9glage si vous le souhaitez. S\u00e9lectionnez soit \u00ab\u00a0R-R\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Swebrec\u00a0\u00bb en fonction de ce que la feuille d&#039;\u00e9talonnage a recommand\u00e9. Entrez les facteurs d&#039;ajustement que vous avez enregistr\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de la feuille d&#039;\u00e9talonnage.
