{"id":449,"date":"2014-11-07T09:09:27","date_gmt":"2014-11-07T14:09:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wipware.com\/?p=449"},"modified":"2021-05-07T15:26:36","modified_gmt":"2021-05-07T19:26:36","slug":"photoanalysis-system-calibration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wipware.com\/es\/photoanalysis-system-calibration\/","title":{"rendered":"Calibraci\u00f3n del sistema de fotoan\u00e1lisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Por: Paul Chivers<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Los datos del sistema de fotoan\u00e1lisis se pueden utilizar para el control de procesos o para realizar un seguimiento de los cambios relativos sin calibraci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, si su objetivo es reemplazar el tamizado manual, entonces se requiere calibraci\u00f3n. El procedimiento de calibraci\u00f3n que se describe a continuaci\u00f3n se toma del Documento de calibraci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 disponible para los usuarios del sistema de fotoan\u00e1lisis despu\u00e9s de iniciar sesi\u00f3n en el \u00c1rea de descargas para clientes de la secci\u00f3n Descargas del sitio web de WipWare.<\/p>\n<p>La calibraci\u00f3n es el paso final para la instalaci\u00f3n del sistema y no puede ocurrir hasta que se hayan caracterizado todos los ajustes de hardware y software. Estos incluyen configuraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica; ajustes \u00f3pticos; ajustes de escala; configuraciones de activaci\u00f3n; ajustes de calidad de imagen y par\u00e1metros de detecci\u00f3n de bordes. Si alguna de estas variables cambia, el sistema requerir\u00e1 una recalibraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 1:<\/b>\u00a0Stop Belt (realiza una parada forzada)<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que se ha caracterizado un sistema y el proceso se ejecuta normalmente, puede comenzar la calibraci\u00f3n. Tenga en cuenta que la calibraci\u00f3n solo es efectiva si el material no se ve afectado por variables externas no relacionadas con la producci\u00f3n normal (es decir, correas m\u00e1s lentas, parada parcial del proceso, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 2:<\/b>\u00a0Material de la imagen<\/p>\n<p>En Delta, tome una imagen del material. Guarde la imagen como &#039;Calibraci\u00f3n 1.bmp&#039; y ci\u00e9rrela. Coloque una escala de referencia (regla, cartulina, papel... de dimensiones conocidas) encima del material en el \u00e1rea visible. En Delta, tome otra imagen y gu\u00e1rdela como &#039;Escala 1.bmp&#039; antes de cerrarla.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 3:<\/b>\u00a0Tomar material para tamizar<\/p>\n<p>En Delta, abra la vista de imagen en vivo. Encuentre y marque el l\u00edmite superior e inferior del material visible en el cintur\u00f3n. Retire toda la muestra para tamizar. No use coning, cuarteado o riffling. Toda la muestra debe tamizarse.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 4:<\/b>\u00a0Cinta de reinicio y tamiz<\/p>\n<p>Se ha recopilado toda la informaci\u00f3n y su proceso puede reiniciarse. Tamizar el material antes de continuar con el siguiente paso.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 5:<\/b>\u00a0Establecer factor de escala<\/p>\n<p>En Delta, abra &#039;Escala 1.bmp&#039; y configure la escala utilizando la referencia de escala de longitud conocida. Debido a que la imagen se abri\u00f3 desde un archivo, aseg\u00farese de que la &#039;Fuente&#039; est\u00e9 configurada en &#039;Archivo de imagen&#039;. Cierre &#039;Escala 1.bmp&#039;.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 6:<\/b>\u00a0Establecer EDP<\/p>\n<p>Abra &#039;Calibraci\u00f3n 1.bmp&#039;. Abra el men\u00fa Opciones para llegar a la pesta\u00f1a &#039;Par\u00e1metros de detecci\u00f3n de bordes&#039; y tome nota de qu\u00e9 preajuste EDP est\u00e1 seleccionado para la c\u00e1mara que est\u00e1 calibrando (es decir, C\u00e1mara 1). Cambie la &#039;Fuente&#039; a &#039;Archivo de imagen&#039; y seleccione el mismo ajuste preestablecido de EDP del paso anterior.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 7:<\/b>\u00a0Establecer clases de tama\u00f1o<\/p>\n<p>Seleccione la pesta\u00f1a &#039;Salida&#039; y tome nota de qu\u00e9 preajuste de clase de tama\u00f1o est\u00e1 seleccionado para la c\u00e1mara que est\u00e1 calibrando. Cambie la &#039;Fuente&#039; a &#039;Archivo de imagen&#039; y seleccione el mismo preajuste de clase de tama\u00f1o del paso anterior. Aseg\u00farese de que no haya ning\u00fan ajuste preestablecido de calibraci\u00f3n seleccionado. Presiona Aplicar y Aceptar para guardar tus cambios.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 8:<\/b>\u00a0Obtener valores delta<\/p>\n<p>Pulse el bot\u00f3n &#039;Generar red&#039;. Presiona el bot\u00f3n &#039;Tamiz&#039;. Tome nota de los siguientes valores: n, Xc, b, Xmax, X50. Guarde el gr\u00e1fico como &#039;Delta 1.bmp&#039;.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-450 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/wipware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Photoanalysis-System-Calibration-content-300x163.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 9:<\/b>\u00a0Ingrese los datos en la hoja de calibraci\u00f3n (vea la imagen a la derecha)<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-7\">\n<p>Solo ingrese datos en los cuadrados azules:<br \/>\n1. En &#039;TALLA&#039;, ingrese sus clases de tama\u00f1o (la m\u00e1s grande en la parte superior).<br \/>\n2. En &#039;PESO&#039;, ingrese el peso en cada tamiz\/bandeja.<br \/>\n3. La siguiente columna, &#039;PESO % RETENIDO&#039;, se completar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente y, si se hace correctamente, el total en la parte inferior deber\u00eda ser 100%.<br \/>\n4. Ingrese los valores &#039;Xmax&#039;, &#039;X50&#039;, &#039;b&#039;, &#039;n&#039; y &#039;Xc&#039; que registr\u00f3 previamente de Delta en el cuadro azul apropiado.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 10:<\/b>\u00a0Calcular factores de ajuste (Ver imagen a la derecha)<\/p>\n<p>Con las macros habilitadas, presione los botones &#039;CALIBRAR Swebrec Function&#039; y &#039;CALIBRAR Rosin Rammler&#039;. El c\u00e1lculo de Swebrec es muy r\u00e1pido. La funci\u00f3n Rosin Rammler puede tardar mucho m\u00e1s. Una vez completadas ambas funciones, tome nota del &#039;M\u00e9todo de distribuci\u00f3n recomendado&#039;. Si se lee &#039;SF&#039;, use los factores de ajuste de Swebrec. Si se lee &#039;RR&#039;, utilice los factores de ajuste de Rosin Rammler.<\/p>\n<p><b>PASO 11:<\/b>\u00a0Ingrese los factores de ajuste en Delta<\/p>\n<p>En Delta, vaya al men\u00fa Opciones y seleccione la pesta\u00f1a &#039;Salida&#039;. En el men\u00fa desplegable de calibraci\u00f3n, seleccione un &#039;Preajuste de calibraci\u00f3n&#039;. Puede cambiar el nombre de este ajuste preestablecido si lo desea. Seleccione &#039;R-R&#039; o &#039;Swebrec&#039; seg\u00fan lo recomendado en la hoja de calibraci\u00f3n. Ingrese los factores de ajuste que registr\u00f3 en la hoja de calibraci\u00f3n. Pulse Aplicar\/Aceptar y vuelva a poner el sistema en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a1El sistema ya est\u00e1 calibrado!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Todos los pasos est\u00e1n completos y la c\u00e1mara que se calibr\u00f3 ahora emitir\u00e1 datos calibrados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By: Paul Chivers Photoanalysis system data can be used for process control or to track relative changes without calibration.
