Er ist au\u00dferdem Mitbegr\u00fcnder, Pr\u00e4sident und Inhaber von WipWare Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toms Karriere in der Sprengstoffindustrie erstreckt sich \u00fcber mehr als 50 Jahre. Sie begann 1974 bei DuPont Canada Explosives Products Division, f\u00fchrte ihn 1988 zu Explosives Technologies International und f\u00fchrte ihn 1995 zur Gr\u00fcndung von Topex und WipWare. Er hat \u00fcber 86 Artikel ver\u00f6ffentlicht und Vortr\u00e4ge und Workshops auf verschiedenen Konferenzen und Universit\u00e4ten gehalten, die so unterschiedliche Themen wie Hochgeschwindigkeitsfotografie, mechanische Belastungstechniken, seismische Schwingungsanalyse, Wandkontrollmethoden und Fragmentierungsbewertung abdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er war Vorsitzender des Bergbauclusters Blue Sky in North Bay, Mitglied des Ontario Mining Industry Cluster Council und ehemaliger Vorsitzender der CIM-Zweigstelle Northern Gateway. Derzeit ist er President und Director von SAMSSA und Vorsitzender des Board of Directors von NORCAT in Sudbury.
