WipWare inks Russian distribution agreement

WipWare Inc. is proud to announce a recent agreement with Konvels Automation Ltd to represent and distribute WipWare products in the former Soviet Union.

According to its website, Konvels Automation, with locations in Moscow and St Petersburg,  represents a number of foreign manufacturers of instrumentation and automation systems, and works in the field of automation of technological processes in various industries throughout Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

“This agreement is the culmination of a number of years working with Konvels and solidifies four years of ongoing relationships within Russia,” said WipWare President Tom Palangio. “It gives us a local presence in that market and the ability to communicate with customers in their own language and allows us to apply our experience in the mining, mineral processing and aggregate industries.”

Konvels offers products of the world leaders in the manufacture of process automation – Thermo Fisher Scientific, Kurz Instruments, Optech, Enotec, Enerflex, and now WipWare. The principal activities of the company are equipping and upgrading industrial automation process control systems, and the selection, integration and delivery of technological and analytical equipment, test equipment, special diagnostic tools.
