Answer: WipWare Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty on all products, including components and software. WipWare Inc. also allows the customer to have peace of mind with the offer of an extended warranty, which will not only extend the warranty of any WipWare system for a full year after the initial, or previously purchased warranty term has expired, but gives clients an exclusive technician service rate.

With the purchase of any WipWare photoanalysis product, you can expect immediate cross-shipping of any product found to be defective, and covered by the WipWare Limited Warranty. This is just another way WipWare is able to keep its customers’ downtime to a minimum.
