BlastCast

BlastCast® is a new tool for WipFrag users that permits you to view how blast modifications can affect fragmentation. Enter the parameters for your last blast, use WipFrag to characterize the fragmentation, and drag the results into BlastCast to superimpose them. Adjust the sliders to see how various modifications will affect fragmentation. Repeat the process. The more you use BlastCast, the more accurate the prediction will be.

WLS-30 Light Scale

The WipWare WLS-30 Light Scale is a simple, ruggedly-built, precision scaling device for use in conjunction with WipFrag Software. The WLS-30 Light Scale offers pinpoint laser accuracy along with several advantages over other scaling methods.

  • It's fast; no need to position a scaling device on the material, just point and shoot.
  • It's accurate; parallel laser project highly visible green dots exactly 0.760 meters (30 inches) apart, no matter the camera-to-subject distanc
  • It's safe; no need to clamber over muckpiles, near highwalls or in other hazardous areas to place scaling devices.

Momentum is a completely automated analysis system for measuring the size distribution of unconsolidated material on multiple conveyor belts in real time without disrupting production. This technology is highly configurable and performs well in harsh industrial environments for process automation and historical reference. WipWare algorithms along with the latest computers allow for our systems to analyze up to 4 images per second.

How It Works

When material is present, the camera acquires image samples which are sent to the workstation. Proprietary edge detection is used to render a polygon network around each particle to instantly generate material specifications such as size distribution, uniformity, shape and more in real time.
