Focus on Blasting & Explosives
WipWare Inc. has announced the dates for its 4th Annual Training Seminar later this year.
Running from September 17-19, with a focus on Blasting & Explosives, WipWare’s training course returns to the company’s roots for 2013.
Now in the final stage of planning, the program will include leading industry specialists sharing their expertise and describing innovative approaches to blast optimization, monitoring, high-speed imaging and more. Other topics include image acquisition, fragmentation analysis systems overview, system options and calibration, and the opportunity for guided hands-on experience with WipWare’s WipFrag software.
“We feel it’s important to provide our clients and potential customers the resources to fully understand the capabilities our systems offer,” said WipWare President Tom Palangio. “We don’t just sell products, we provide service, support and training designed to maximize our customers’ investments.”
The training seminar offers a relaxed atmosphere to network and learn at the Canadian Ecology Centre in Mattawa, near North Bay, and attracts participants from around the world. Accommodation is on-site in comfortable, modern, double-occupancy cabins with high-speed internet access surrounded by northern Ontario’s stunning fall colours in the heart of Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park. Included in the $1000.00 (CAD) registration are private accommodations, all meals and snacks, all lectures, activities and a scenic cruise on Lake Nipissing aboard the Chief Commanda ll.
